Jiangsu Huihong Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd. is jointly established by Jiangsu Huihong International Group Co., Ltd. (SH:600981) and strategic investor Guokai Development Fund Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. It is the first batch of pilot enterprises in Jiangsu Province, a key logistics enterprise in Jiangsu Province, a provincial agricultural leading enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and a national “Food and Cold Chain Logistics Service Specification”.

Huihong Cold Chain Logistics Base is located in Zhenjiang New District, Jiangsu Province, in the center of the Yangtze River Delta, adjacent to Zhenjiang Comprehensive Bonded Zone. The project covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with a construction area of 100,000 square meters and a total investment of 1 billion yuan. It is a key project of Jiangsu Province. According to the positioning of “the most influential, the highest standard and the most advanced cold chain logistics center in the Yangtze River Delta”, the low temperature warehouse (-25°C, -18°C), high temperature warehouse (0°C-4°C), and constant temperature storage ( 10 ° C - 15 ° C), a total of 36,000 square meters, 30,000 square meters of normal temperature storage (including 15,000 square meters of imported food special library), imported food display and trading center of 20,000 square meters.

Solution

Huihong Cold Chain selected Schmidt as its RFID supplier from many suppliers. In the same period, the domestic TOP WMS vendor Fuller Information also became the WMS supplier of Huihong Cold Chain. Schmidt and Fuller Information's mutual cooperation has achieved the successful docking of the RFID system and the WMS system.

Result

As the information carrier of pallets and cargo spaces, RFID can greatly improve the efficiency of warehouse operations. Handheld RFID readers and vehicle RFID readers are responsible for the automatic acquisition during warehousing, loading, stocking, inventory, and outbound period.
