1.More than 5-10 years manufacturing, retail or logistics solution business experiences, at least 2 years as the sales director or the sales manager experiences in the solution and software oriented company,
2.Bachelor degree is required for the major from computer science, electrical engineering and automatic control or related.
3.Abundant customers network of Manufacturing, Retail or Logistics and good relationship with the key decision makers in industry.
4.Aggressive characteristics and can always reach the target within the difficult and complex situation.
5.Approved sales records and get some big deal before and can always lead the team to very advanced level.
6.Outstanding teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills, Can always coordinate well with different division teams.
7.Creative and Analytic thinker and fast learner.
8.Fluent in English.
