Solution

Due to the rapid increase of bookings, Guangda is in urgent need of improving existing production processes and warehouse management to meet rapidly growing production needs.

In 2016, Schmidt cooperated with SAP implementer Shanghai Rongqin Information Cooperation successfully implemented RFID systems based on production and warehousing in Guangda Hat Industry, and installed a wireless transmission-based RFID worker at each station of the production line. The system can record production information by scanning card. The factory achieve paperless and traceability and tracking of production information.

Result

The warehouse workers manage the inbound and outbound storage through RFID, which greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of the inbound and outbound storage.

Recently, Guangda has plans to fully implement the system in factories outside China, including in the Dominican factory.
