In order to enhance cooperation between Zebra and Schmidt, Schmidt invited Zebra sincerely to organize Zebra Product Training in Shanghai office of Schmidt on Jun 8, 2017, covering Zebra product series of AUTO ID and printers.
This training provided detailed introduction and explanation of the latest Zebra products of handheld Computer, vehicle-mounted computer, barcode scanner, barcode printer, and so on. The trainer made thorough comparison among products in terms of diverse market positioning, different models, and competition. Colleagues of Schmidt gave active feedback, put forward questions and had fully communication and discussion with experts from Zebra.
The trainer from Zebra provides the contact info of engineers for different products to Schmidt, so Schmidt could get the first support and solutions from the respective engineers when meeting technical problems and then improve service efficiency in the future.
For Schmidt, this training has enhanced the understanding of Zebra products, improved communication between Zebra and Schmidt, and brought the positive influence to future cooperation on business and marketing. Both Zebra and Schmidt have planned to have further cooperation in this year’s marketing activities in order to expand market influence and increase sales volume.
Colleagues from relative departments in Shanghai, such as sales, purchasing, technology, presales, and marketing, have participated in this training. Colleagues from Guangzhou office are also involved in this training via WebEx.
